Delphi study into risk factors and measures concerning internal unacceptable behaviour

Inspections by the Netherlands Labour Inspectorate show that many employers are not doing enough to combat internal unacceptable behaviour. This report presents the main results of the Delphi study risk factors and internal unacceptable behaviour measures.
